*You'll be able to prefer to use drinking water, stock or yomeishu to get some gravy to go with the rice later on. Individually, I choose to use Yomeishu mainly because it presents the chicken mid-joint a lot more flavours and nice aroma. It's also a lot less of an inconvenience than to get
